Common use of Vacations; Leave Clause in Contracts

Vacations; Leave. The Executive shall be entitled (i) to annual paid vacation in accordance with the policies established by the Board of Directors which shall not be less favorable than that provided to any other executive officer of the Corporation or the Bank, and (ii) to voluntary leaves of absence, with or without pay, from time to time at such times and upon such conditions as the Board of Directors may determine in its discretion.

Vacations; Leave. The Executive shall be entitled (i) to annual paid vacation in accordance with the policies established by the Association's Board of Directors which shall not be less favorable than that provided to any other for executive officer of the Corporation or the Bank, employees and (ii) to voluntary leaves leave of absence, with or without pay, from time to time at such times and upon such conditions as the Board of Directors of the Association may determine in its discretion.

The Executive shall be entitled (i) to annual paid vacation in accordance with the policies established by the Board of Directors which shall not be less favorable than that provided to any other executive officer senior executives of the Corporation Bank or the BankCorporation, and (ii) to voluntary leaves of absence, with or without pay, from time to time at such times and upon such conditions as the Board of Directors may determine in its discretion. 7.

The Executive shall be entitled (i) to annual paid vacation in accordance with the policies established by the Company's Board of Directors which shall not be less favorable than that provided to any other for executive officer of the Corporation or the Bank, employees and (ii) to voluntary leaves leave of absence, with or without pay, from time to time at such times and upon such conditions as the Board of Directors of the Company may determine in its discretion; provided, however that in no event shall the Executive's annual vacation be less than 3 weeks. The Executive shall also be entitled to all paid holidays given by the Company to its executive officers.

The Executive shall be entitled (i) to annual paid vacation in accordance with the policies established by the Board Employers' Boards of Directors which shall not be less favorable than that provided to any other for executive officer of the Corporation or the Bank, employees and (ii) to voluntary leaves leave of absence, with or without pay, from time to time at such times and upon such conditions as the Board Boards of Directors may determine in its their discretion.
