Common use of Valid Execution Clause in Contracts

Valid Execution. The execution and delivery of the Agreement, and the performance by the Owner thereunder have been duly and validly authorized. When executed and delivered by City, the Owner and the Manager, the Agreement will be a legal, valid and binding obligation of Owner.
