Valid Existing Rights. This lease is subject to all valid existing rights, including easements, rights-of-way, reservations, or other interests in land in existence on the date of execution of this lease.
Valid Existing Rights. This authorization is subject to all valid existing rights and reservations in and to the authorized area. The State makes no representations or warranties, whatsoever, either expressed or implied, as to the existence, number, or nature of such valid existing rights.
Valid Existing Rights. The rights granted to PURCHASER under this Contract are subject to all valid existing rights in existence on the Effective Date whether or not made of record, including without limitation, easements, rights-of- way, reservations or other interests in land.
