Common use of Validity of Block Voting Instructions Clause in Contracts

Validity of Block Voting Instructions. Block Voting Instruction shall be valid only if deposited at the specified office of the relevant Paying Agent or at some other place approved by the Security Trustee, at least 1 hours before the time fixed for the relevant Meeting or the Chairman decides otherwise before the Meeting proceeds to business.
