Validity of Exclusion Sample Clauses

Validity of Exclusion. The Request for Exclusion shall not be effective unless it is postmarked no later than the Objection/Exclusion Deadline, which date shall be stated in the Class Notice. No Person in the Settlement Class may submit a Request for Exclusion of or on behalf of any other Person in the Settlement Class. Requests for Exclusion that do not comply with this Section of this Agreement are invalid. Copies of Requests for Exclusion and a report of the names and addresses of Persons whose Requests for Exclusion have been timely mailed shall be provided by the Settlement Administrator to Class Counsel and each of the Cruise Defendants’ Counsel within three (3) business days of receipt. The Requests for Exclusion shall be filed with the Court by the Settlement Administrator in connection with Plaintiff’s motion for a Final Approval Order and Judgment.
