Vehicle Exterior. Vehicle damage which causes the vehicle to be un-roadworthy or unsafe, and major scratches and dents that penetrate the primer coat or base material must be repaired as and when it occurs. Vehicles must be always roadworthy and safe when in use. Rust seriously devalues a vehicle and therefore it is important that any repairs are carried out to a professional standard, with any applicable anti-corrosion guarantees taken into consideration.
