The Vehicle Inventory clause defines the specific vehicles that are included under the terms of the agreement. Vehicle Inventory. 1. A list of all vehicles used in performing services under this Agreement including the license plate number, VIN, make, model, model year, purchase date, engine overhaul/rebuild date (if applicable), and mileage at December 31. 2. The total amount of RNG procured by the Contractor for use in Contractor vehicles, in diesel gallon equivalents (DGE), including copies of any receipts, invoices, or other similar documentation evidencing procurement. In addition to the amount procured, Contractor shall include the total amount actually used in Contractor vehicles in the calendar year, if these values are different. 3. The name, physical location, and contact information of each entity, operation, or facility from whom the Contractor procured RNG for Collection vehicles.
Vehicle Inventory. All vehicles left by guests of the Business in the car park of the Property shall be listed by the Seller in the presence of a representative of the Buyer on the Completion Date (such inventory being the “Vehicle Inventory”). The Buyer shall indemnify the Seller (for itself and as trustee for each other relevant member of the Seller’s Group) from and against all Losses incurred by the Seller arising from claims resulting or alleged to result from the acts or omissions of the Buyer in respect of the Vehicle Inventory after the time when the Vehicle Inventory was prepared in accordance with this clause. The Seller shall indemnify the Buyer from and against all Losses incurred by the Buyer arising from claims resulting or alleged to result from the acts or omissions of the Seller in respect of the Vehicle Inventory prior to the time when the Vehicle Inventory was inventoried in accordance with this clause.

Vehicle Inventory. ‌ On or before June 15, 2012, FRANCHISEE shall submit an inventory of vehicles to be used for Commercial Service. The inventory shall indicate each vehicle using an identification number assigned by FRANCHISEE, Vehicle Identification Number, DMV license number, type of fuel used, and the type and capacity of each vehicle. The inventory shall include the tare weight of each vehicle as determined by weighing at a public scale. Each vehicle inventory shall be accompanied by a certification by FRANCHISEE that all vehicles meet the requirements of this Agreement. CITY may request that FRANCHISEE submit an updated inventory within twenty-four hours of the request.
Vehicle Inventory. Except as permitted by Section 6.27, no inventory of Borrower, Parent or any of their Subsidiaries constitutes a vehicle requiring registration by Borrower, Parent or any of their Subsidiaries with the department of motor vehicles in any state or any similar agency.

Vehicle Inventory. With respect to its Vehicle Inventory whether now existing or hereafter created or acquired and wheresoever located, each Grantor represents, warrants and covenants to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties that: (i) Such Grantor shall keep accurate and complete records itemizing and describing each new and used vehicle, including the year, make, model, cost, price, location and Vehicle Identification Number, and the daily withdrawals therefrom and additions thereto, and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent from time to time as set forth in the Credit Agreement, a current schedule of Vehicle Inventory (“Schedule of Vehicle Inventory”) based upon its most recent physical inventory and its daily inventory records. Such Grantor shall conduct a physical inventory no less frequently than annually, and shall furnish to the Administrative Agent such other documents and reports thereof as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably request with respect to the Vehicle Inventory. (ii) All Vehicle Inventory is and shall, except as set forth in Section 6.14 of the Credit Agreement, at all times be located only at such Grantor’s locations as set forth on Schedule 6.14 attached to the Credit Agreement (as such Schedule may be revised from time to time in accordance with the terms of the Credit Agreement). Such Grantor shall not, other than in the ordinary course of business in connection with its sale, lease, license or other permitted Disposition or as set forth in Section 6.14 of the Credit Agreement, remove any Vehicle Inventory from such locations. (iii) If any Account Debtor returns any Vehicle Inventory to such Grantor after shipment thereof, and such return generates a credit in excess of $1,000,000 in the aggregate on any Accounts of such Account Debtor, such Grantor shall notify the Administrative Agent in writing of the same as soon as practicable.
Vehicle Inventory. FRANCHISEE shall report vehicle inventory information regarding service history, types of vehicles, number of vehicles, and vehicle tare weights.
