Vehicle Inventory. 1. A list of all vehicles used in performing services under this Agreement including the license plate number, VIN, make, model, model year, purchase date, engine overhaul/rebuild date (if applicable), and mileage at December 31.
2. The total amount of RNG procured by the Contractor for use in Contractor vehicles, in diesel gallon equivalents (DGE), including copies of any receipts, invoices, or other similar documentation evidencing procurement. In addition to the amount procured, Contractor shall include the total amount actually used in Contractor vehicles in the calendar year, if these values are different.
3. The name, physical location, and contact information of each entity, operation, or facility from whom the Contractor procured RNG for Collection vehicles.
Vehicle Inventory. All vehicles left by guests of the Business in the car park of the Property shall be listed by the Seller in the presence of a representative of the Buyer on the Completion Date (such inventory being the “Vehicle Inventory”). The Buyer shall indemnify the Seller (for itself and as trustee for each other relevant member of the Seller’s Group) from and against all Losses incurred by the Seller arising from claims resulting or alleged to result from the acts or omissions of the Buyer in respect of the Vehicle Inventory after the time when the Vehicle Inventory was prepared in accordance with this clause. The Seller shall indemnify the Buyer from and against all Losses incurred by the Buyer arising from claims resulting or alleged to result from the acts or omissions of the Seller in respect of the Vehicle Inventory prior to the time when the Vehicle Inventory was inventoried in accordance with this clause.
Vehicle Inventory. Offer for sale or otherwise have inventory that constitutes a vehicle requiring registration by Borrower, Parent or any of their Subsidiaries with the department of motor vehicles in any state or any similar agency (collectively, “Vehicle Inventory”); provided that Borrower, Parent and any of their Subsidiaries may offer for sale or otherwise have Vehicle Inventory so long as the aggregate amount of such Vehicle Inventory does not exceed $5,000,000 at any one time; provided further that Borrower shall provide the Administrative Agent with a written description of such Vehicle Inventory on each Compliance Certificate to the extent not otherwise disclosed on any prior Compliance Certificate and Borrower shall, and shall cause Parent and each Domestic Subsidiary to, take such action and execute and deliver such documents as may be reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent to xxxxx x Xxxx in favor of (to the extent not previously granted) and/or perfect the Administrative Agent’s Lien in such Vehicle Inventory so long as, upon any sale of any Vehicle Inventory permitted by the Loan Documents, the security interest in such Collateral shall be automatically released without any action on the part of the Administrative Agent or any Party. In connection with any such release pursuant to this Section, the Administrative Agent shall execute and deliver to the applicable Grantor (as defined in the Security Agreement), at the Borrower’s cost and expense, all Uniform Commercial Code termination statements, release statements and similar documents that such Grantor may reasonably request to evidence such release. Any execution and delivery of documents pursuant to this Section shall be without recourse to or warranty by the Administrative Agent or any other secured party. Without limiting the provisions of the Loan Documents, the Lenders hereby authorize the Administrative Agent to take all action contemplated by this Section 6.27.
Vehicle Inventory. Contractor shall furnish the Authority Contract Manager a written (electronic) inventory of all vehicles, including Collection vehicles, used in providing service, and shall update the inventory report annually. The inventory shall list all vehicles by manufacturer, ID number, date of acquisition, fuel type, capacity, and decibel rating.
Vehicle Inventory. An inventory off all vehicles parked at the Premises shall be taken nightly. This procedure consists of entering all license numbers by state, lot, and row location of all vehicles remaining at the Premises. This information permits a determination of length of stay in the facility to enable a customer to be charged the correct amount of fees in the event of a “lost” ticket. Any vehicle remaining at the Premises more than thirty (30) days will be brought to the attention of the Airport Director to determine the appropriate action to be taken. Any vehicle remaining in the employee lot more than two (2) days shall be brought to the attention of the Airport Director.
Vehicle Inventory. An accurate and current inventory list shall be maintained for each engine or tender. An inventory record shall be available with each engine or tender responding to an incident. The Division may inspect any engine or tender, provided by the Cooperator and check the inventory record. This may be done when the engine or tender arrives at a staging area, the fire scene, or at any time the unit is assigned to an incident. All fire engines and water tenders must meet minimum NWCG or state standards unless otherwise stated. Resource orders will be filled as per NWCG standard.
Vehicle Inventory. FRANCHISEE shall report vehicle inventory information regarding service history, types of vehicles, number of vehicles, and vehicle tare weights.
Vehicle Inventory. Except as permitted by Section 6.27, no inventory of Borrower, Parent or any of their Subsidiaries constitutes a vehicle requiring registration by Borrower, Parent or any of their Subsidiaries with the department of motor vehicles in any state or any similar agency.
Vehicle Inventory. 21.1 The Contracting Authority may require the Vehicle to provide compressed air power via a number of outlets around the Vehicle that meet the requirements to operate pneumatic equipment items within the inventory.
