Vehicle Lease Clause Samples
A Vehicle Lease clause outlines the terms under which one party (the lessee) is permitted to use a vehicle owned by another party (the lessor) for a specified period in exchange for regular payments. This clause typically details the duration of the lease, payment schedule, permitted uses of the vehicle, maintenance responsibilities, and conditions for returning the vehicle at the end of the lease. By clearly defining the rights and obligations of both parties, the clause helps prevent disputes and ensures that both the lessor and lessee understand their responsibilities throughout the lease term.
