Vehicle Repairs. The Buyer must not carry out or permit to be carried out on the Property any repairs, restorations or wrecking of any motor vehicle, boat, trailer or any other vehicle unless screened from public view at all times.

Vehicle Repairs. A. When an employee turns in a written vehicle repair form, the employee shall retain a duplicate copy at the time the report is turned in. The employee may also request a copy of the form after the required repairs are completed.

Vehicle Repairs. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this CONTRACT, WE will pay YOUR repair facility or reimburse YOU for the reasonable parts and labor charges to repair or replace any BREAKDOWN of a part listed in the Plan Coverage Section of the plan that YOU have selected on the DECLARATION PAGE. All repairs must be approved and authorized by the ADMINISTRATOR as a condition of COVERAGE. Replacement parts may be new, used, remanufactured, or replacement parts of like kind and quality (“lkq”). Authorization for approved part charges will be determined by available published retail pricing, or prevailing manufacturers’ suggested retail price (M.S.R.P.) as determined by the ADMINISTRATOR. Approved labor charges will be determined using nationally published flat-rate manuals. The ADMINISTRATOR, in its sole discretion, will determine the labor rate for authorized repairs based on the average labor rate of repair facilities in the area. The labor rate will not exceed the posted labor rate of the repair facility. In the event YOU have selected the Enhanced Labor Option on the DECLARATION PAGE, the approved labor rate will be the posted rate of the repair facility. • Trip Interruption: WE will reimburse YOU a maximum of two hundred forty dollars ($240.00) for lodging and meal expenses incurred by YOU should YOUR VEHICLE failure and covered repairs occur more than 100 miles from YOUR place of residence and YOU are stranded overnight. Reimbursement is limited to eighty dollars ($80.00) per day for charges incurred between the time YOUR VEHICLE failed and the time it is repaired.
Vehicle Repairs. You are not authorized to repair the Vehicle, and may not authorize repair by anyone else, without our express written consent. If you repair the Vehicle or have the Vehicle repaired without our consent, you will pay all costs we reasonably incur to restore the Vehicle to the condition it was in prior to your rental up to the fair market retail value of the Vehicle. If we authorize you to have the Vehicle repaired and the cost of repair is our responsibility, we will reimburse you for those repairs only if you give us the repair receipt and the repair conforms to the authorization. To the extent your unauthorized repairs invalidate or in any way reduce the coverage of a warranty, you will be responsible for the costs of the invalidation of or reduction to the warranty. Where permitted by Applicable Law, you are also responsible for Diminished Value (“DV”) of the Vehicle, which is defined as the difference between the fair market value of the Vehicle immediately before the accident or incident giving rise to the repair and the fair market value of the Vehicle immediately after the repair. You are also responsible for any damages arising from the unauthorized repair of the Vehicle, including but not limited personal injury or diminution in resale value of the Vehicle.

Vehicle Repairs. Fleet Management will provide repair services and manage third-party repair services for the Sheriff’s Vehicles and Equipment. Fleet Management will track and manage Sheriff’s Vehicles and Equipment through the use of a vehicle maintenance management system to ensure that each vehicle is properly repaired and repairs are properly tracked. Fleet Management will coordinate with the Sheriff to ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner for the Sheriff’s Vehicles and Equipment. Sheriff will ensure that his staff provides their vehicles and equipment to Fleet Management in a timely manner so that repairs are performed as necessary. Fleet Management will ensure all vehicle and equipment damage is repaired correctly and in compliance with safety standards.
Vehicle Repairs. Vehicle repairs are prohibited on BHA property. Inoperable vehicles may not be stored, parked, abandoned, or worked-on on BHA property.
