VEHICLE WARRANTIES. If a Vehicle is covered by a Manufacturer’s warranty, the applicable Lessee and each related Franchisee, during the Vehicle Term, shall have the right to make any claims under such warranty which the Lessor could make. As provided in Section 2.4, the Lessor makes no warranty or representation whatsoever, express or implied, with respect to any Vehicle.
VEHICLE WARRANTIES. If a Group IV Vehicle is covered by a Manufacturer's warranty, each Lessee, during the Vehicle Term, shall have the right to make any claims under such warranty which the Lessor could make and to receive related proceeds directly. As provided in Section 2.4, the Lessor makes no warranty or representation whatsoever, express or implied, with respect to any Group IV Vehicle.
VEHICLE WARRANTIES. No Vehicles sold, serviced or distributed by any Company prior to the Closing Date are subject to any guarantee or warranty other than such Company’s standard “as is” terms and conditions of sale.
VEHICLE WARRANTIES. The Vehicle is covered by the manufacturer’s standard new car warranty. LESSOR LEASES THE VEHICLE TO YOU “AS IS”, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS LEASE AND (UNLESS PROHIBITED BY LAW) LESSOR MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS AS TO THE VEHICLE’S (OR ANY OF ITS PARTS OR ACCESSORIES) CONDITION, MERCHANTABILITY, SUITABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND LESSOR MAKES NO OTHER REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER. If this Lease is entered into in Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Vermont (if the Vehicle is new) or West Virginia, Lessor does not disclaim any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.

VEHICLE WARRANTIES. 4.1 Where a vehicle is sold “with warranty” the seller warrants that it is free from defects in the engine, gearbox, clutch, back axle, brakes, steering and chassis and that it includes a xxxx and spare wheel. The seller must disclose any known defect (including but not limited to the aforesaid defects) and the buyer of a vehicle with such a disclosed defect will not be entitled to reject it on the ground of that defect.
