Vehicle Warranty a. The Seller provides the Buyer with an original owner 3-year warranty for the Vehicle, effective from the date of delivery. b. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. c. The Seller's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing, at its discretion, any defective parts or components. d. This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from accidents, misuse, negligence, improper maintenance, or unauthorised modifications. e. The warranty is non-transferable and applicable only to the original owner named in this Agreement. f. To claim warranty service, the Buyer must notify the Seller promptly in writing, providing details of the issue and allowing the Seller a reasonable opportunity to inspect and remedy the problem. g. The Buyer is responsible for transportation costs associated with warranty repairs or replacements, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Parties. h. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Vehicle Warranty. 13.1. The Contractor warrants that the complete Vehicle (chassis, body and any other equipment) will be delivered to the Contract User fit for immediate use and in accordance with the Specification and all relevant UK regulations. 13.2. The Contractor warrants that if any part of the Vehicle (chassis, body and any other equipment) becomes defective due to faulty manufacture or materials within 12 months (or longer as may be agreed and without limitation on mileage or hours) from the date of delivery, the Contractor undertakes to rectify such defects, free of charge and without any undue delay. All claims will be dealt with through the Contract User and/or their nominated fleet maintenance contractor.
Vehicle Warranty. 7.4.1 The warranty of the subject vehicles shall refer to the after-sales warranty policy of the BYD vehicle manufacturer. 7.4.2 Party A undertakes that the vehicles purchased by Party B can be maintained normally. 7.4.3 During the warranty period, Party B's vehicles shall be maintained at the repair station authorised by Party A or agreed in writing by both parties. The repair station authorised by Party A or agreed in writing by both parties shall be responsible for the regular maintenance of the vehicles and main parts under this agreement. 7.4.4 The warranty period for the entire vehicle of the BYD [D1] model is [1 year or 100000 kilometres], whichever comes first. The warranty range of the three electricity (battery, motor, electronic control) is [6] years or [60]0,000 kilometers, whichever comes first. The date of issuance of the unified invoice for motor vehicle sales shall be taken as the starting date of the extended warranty.
Vehicle Warranty. Company or its Affiliate will warrant to its retail purchasers of Vehicles in accordance with its usual and customary warranty policies. To the extent Supplier is determined to be responsible for such warranty claims in accordance with Section 4.f below, Company shall invoice Supplier and Supplier shall pay for such warranty claims. The cost of a warranty claim will be determined in accordance with Company’s then-current Supplier Quality Assurance Manual or, if not addressed in such manual, usual and customary industry warranty policies. Company, or its designee, shall have the right to handle any claim, action, or proceeding allegedly based on such warranty. In connection with any alleged defect in Vehicles and the parts thereof, including “off-warranty” costs and “vehicle buy-backs,” Company may make such repair or replacement of Vehicles and the parts thereof, or pay such compensation directly or indirectly to the retail purchasers who purchased such Vehicles if it is not covered by the aforementioned warranty, recall campaign, or other service campaign pursuant to Section 5. Any costs and expenses incurred in making such repair, replacement, or compensation shall be either (i) borne by the respective Party in accordance with the principles of responsibility allocation under Section 4.f; or (ii) as agreed upon by the Parties.
Vehicle Warranty. Each vehicle is warranted for a period of one year from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, TDSX warrants that the Equipment under normal use and service will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship. TDSX’s sole obligation to Customer shall be limited to the repair or replacement, at TDSX’s option, of defective Hardware provided that written notice of failure is received by TDSX within one (1) year from date of the occurrence of delivery of the vehicle(s). TDSX will not be liable or responsible for defects in any part of Goods manufactured by others, but TDSX will, as an accommodation to the Buyer, assign to Buyer any warranties given to it by any such other manufacturers; provided, that the foregoing will not extend TDSX’s warranty to any accessory products unless TDSX specifically agrees in writing. This warranty will be void if, in TDSX’s reasonable opinion, the defect was caused in whole or part by: (a) improper handling, use, operation, or testing by anyone other than TDSX; (b) failure to properly install or maintain the Goods by anyone other than TDSX; (c) failure to install, maintain, or service Goods in accordance with the current edition of any applicable safety code or TDSX’s written instructions; (d) modification, alteration, or unauthorized repair by anyone other than TDSX; (e) use with products or components that are incompatible with TDSX’s Goods; (f) Force Majeure events or acts of vandalism, sabotage, or hacking; (g) radio frequency interference; (h) removal from the country where the Goods were purchased, use in a country in which they are not registered for use, and/or use in a country for which they were not designed; (i) use in fail-safe environments in which failure of the Goods could lead to personal injury or significant property damage; (j) Goods having been subjected to operating conditions outside of specified parameters; or (k) any other cause beyond normal usage in accordance with TDSX’s written instructions. TDSX’s liability for breach of this hardware warranty will be limited to replacement, repair, or refund, in TDSX’s sole discretion, of any defective Goods that have been properly stored, installed, used, and maintained, and have not been damaged in transit; provided such Goods are returned to TDSX without further damage, within fourteen (14) days of discovery of the alleged defect and subject to confirmation of the defect by TDSX’s inspection. Vehicle Warranty. Unless otherwise stated on the xxxx of sale, the vehicle comes with implied warranty as required by applicable law. The Buyer acknowledges the vehicle is 15+ years old and may require restoration and/or additional repairs at the discretion and expense of the customer. Performance parts are not guaranteed.   • Software Warranty We warrant that the Tyler Software will perform without Defects during the term of this Agreement. If the Tyler Software does not perform as warranted, we will use all reasonable efforts, consistent with industry standards, to cure the Defect in accordance with the maintenance and support process set forth in Section C(9), below, the SLA and our then current Support Call Process.

  • Limited Software Warranty MyECheck represents, warrants, and covenants that: MyECheck warrants to the original end user (“Customer”), and not to subsequent end users, of the Extreme Networks software product (“Software”) that for ninety (90) days from the date of installation of the Software from MyECheck, the Software shall substantially conform with the specification for the Software at the (“Documentation”). MyECheck does not warrant (i) that the Software is error free, (ii) that Customer will be able to operate the Software without problems or interruptions or (iii) that the Software will be free of vulnerability to intrusion or attack. Except for the limited warranty set forth in this section, the Software is provided “AS IS.”
