VEHICLES AND PARKING. It is the responsibility of everyone who operates a motor vehicle on the premises to become familiar with the following information. These regulations have been established in order to provide safe and orderly conduct of the parking facilities. 1. The parking and traffic regulations posted on any private streets, roads or drives must be obeyed. 2. All ordinances regarding fire lanes must be obeyed. Any vehicle parked in a fire lane, no parking area or blocking a fire hydrant, refuse container, another vehicle, sidewalk, lawn or otherwise illegally or improperly parked may be towed without notice at the vehicle owner’s expense. 3. Neither Landlord nor management, its agents, employees, or contractors shall have any liability for any damage or theft of vehicles.
