Vendor Terms and Conditions. Any Vendor terms and conditions included or referenced in any Vendor documentation or Vendor website, shall not be considered to be and will not be considered to be a part of this Purchase Order 42. VENDOR PROHIBITED IN ASSISTING PERSON FOR NEW JOB IF ENGAGED IN MISCONDUCT WITH MINOR As a condition of being awarding a Contract, or Contract Renewal, the Vendor acknowledges it is prohibited from assisting the elected and appointed officials of APS, its officers, current and former employees, agents, departments, agencies, boards, and commissions employee, and contractors, including all levels of subcontractors, in obtaining a new job if the Vendor knows or has probable cause to believe that the elected and appointed officials of APS, its officers, current and former employees, agents, departments, agencies, boards, and commissions employee, and contractors, including all levels of subcontractors, engaged in sexual misconduct regarding a minor or student in violation of law.
