Common use of Vendor’s Indemnity Clause in Contracts

Vendor’s Indemnity. 6.1 The Vendor will indemnify the Purchaser against, and save it harmless from, any loss, cost or damage of any nature whatsoever sustained by the Purchaser directly or indirectly by reason of a breach or inaccuracy of any of the warranties or representations. 6.2 The Vendor acknowledges and agrees that the Purchaser has entered into this Agreement relying on such warranties and representations and the other warranties, representations, terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.

Vendor’s Indemnity. 6.1 The Vendor will agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Purchaser againstfrom and against all losses, and save it harmless from, any loss, cost damages or damage of any nature whatsoever sustained expenses directly or indirectly suffered by the Purchaser directly or indirectly by reason of a resulting from any breach or inaccuracy of any covenant of the warranties or representations. 6.2 The Vendor acknowledges and agrees that the Purchaser has entered into contained in this Agreement relying on such or from any inaccuracy or misrepresentation in any representations or warranties and representations and the other warranties, representations, terms and conditions set out forth in this AgreementSection 3.01.
