Venue for Disputes. In the event that a lawsuit is brought concerning events arising out of this Agreement, the venue for such action is Hays County, Texas. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
Venue for Disputes. Venue for any action filed by any Member Jurisdiction under state law to enforce this Agreement or any provision thereof shall be in the courts of Napa County. Venue for any action filed by any Member Jurisdiction under federal law or as a federal action shall be in the federal courts for the Northern District of California.

EACH PARTY, AFTER CONSULTING (OR HAVING HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO CONSULT) WITH COUNSEL OF ITS CHOICE, KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY, AND FOR ALL OF THE PARTIES’ MUTUAL BENEFIT, WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY IN THE EVENT OF LITIGATION REGARDING THE PERFORMANCE OR ENFORCEMENT OF, OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO, THIS AGREEMENT OR THE OBLIGATIONS, AND EACH SUCH PARTY HEREBY AGREES THAT ANY SUCH TRIAL OR OTHER PROCEEDING SHALL BE TRIED BEFORE A JUDGE AND NOT BEFORE A JURY.
Venue for Disputes. As the exclusive means of resolving any dispute arising out of this agreement, a party may file a lawsuit in a court whose territorial jurisdiction includes Utah County, Utah.
Venue for Disputes. Should any dispute arise regarding this contract, proper venue shall be in the District Court of the Sixth Judicial District, in and for Park County, Montana.

Venue for Disputes. 1. Venue for the interpretation and enforcement of this agreement and for the resolution of any disputes shall lie in Orange County, Florida.
Venue for Disputes. Each of the parties (a) consents to submit itself to the personal jurisdiction of the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware or any court of the United States located in the State of Delaware, in the event any dispute arises out of this 3 Agreement or any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, (b) agrees that it will not attempt to deny or defeat such personal jurisdiction by motion or other request for leave from any such court, (c) agrees that it will not bring any action relating to this Agreement or any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement in any court other than the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware or, if under applicable law exclusive jurisdiction is vested in the federal courts, any court of the United States located in the State of Delaware. Without limiting other means of service of process permissible under applicable law, the parties agree that service of any process summons, notice or document by U.S. registered mail to their respective last known addresses shall be effective service of process for any suit or proceeding in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.
Venue for Disputes. This Agreement shall be deemed to have been made in, and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any lawsuit related to or arising out of disputes under this Agreement shall be commenced and tried in the circuit court of Natrona County, Wyoming, and the Lessor and the Advertiser submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the circuit court for such lawsuits.
