Verification of Completion Form. d) The number of consecutive years that an employee may continue on PGO will be determined mutually by the building administrator and the employee, subject to the District’s PGO policy and procedures, prior to placing the employee on PGO, but in any case shall not exceed four (4) consecutive years.
