Verification of Dimensions. Contractor shall verify all dimensions before laying out and performing any particular portion of the Work and shall be responsible for any errors which might have been avoided thereby. Contractor shall promptly notify Owner of any such errors by using a Request for Information Form (“RFI”). Dimensions of Work as indicated on Drawings are not guaranteed to be as built dimensions. No measurements shall be scaled from Drawings and used as definite dimensions for layout or fitting Work in place. Dimensions for items to be fitted into constructed conditions or improvements at the Project Site shall be taken at the Project Site. Whenever a stock size, manufactured item or piece of equipment is specified by its nominal size or dimensions, Contractor shall be responsible to verify measurements thereof and assure proper incorporation into the Work.

Verification of Dimensions. The contractor is required to certify via a certificate of compliance that all dimensions, threads, angles, and finishes comply with drawing or specification requirements. All approved deviation/waivers shall be listed as part of the certificate of compliance.

Whenever inaccuracies or discrepancies are found, the Construction Manager shall inform the Owner and the Architect and obtain clarification prior to any construction or demolition. Should any dimensions be missing, Construction Manager shall consult with the Owner and the Architect and shall obtain such dimensions prior to execution of the Work. Dimensions for items to be fitted into constructed conditions at the Site will be taken at the Site. Whenever a stock size, manufactured item or piece of equipment is specified by its nominal size, it is the responsibility of the Construction Manager to determine the actual space requirements for setting or entrance to the setting space. No extension of the Completion Date(s) or Milestone Dates or increase in the GMP or Separate GMP, as applicable, will be allowed by reason of Work requiring adjustments in order to accommodate the particular item of equipment.
Verification of Dimensions. The Employer’s drawings include a general arrangement of pipe routes and structural support systems. The Contractor shall verify all dimensions on site and confirm the actual length of pipework and closure pieces prior to fabrication, structural support system dimensions and positions on a case by case basis. b)
Verification of Dimensions. The Contractor shall visit the job site to thoroughly familiarize himself with all the details of the work and working conditions. The Contractor shall also verify all dimensions in the field and shall advise the Contracting Officer of any discrepancy before performing any work. The Contractor shall be specifically responsible for the coordination and proper relation of his work to the building, structure, phasing and ensure the safety of employees and workmen.

  • Verification Bank may, from time to time, verify directly with the respective Account Debtors the validity, amount and other matters relating to the Accounts, either in the name of Borrower or Bank or such other name as Bank may choose.

  • Complete Copies of Materials The Company has delivered or made available true and complete copies of each document (or summaries of same) that has been requested by Parent or its counsel.

  • Tests 7.7.1 If the Contract Documents, laws, ordinances, rules, regulations or orders of any public authority having jurisdiction require any portion of the Work to be inspected, tested or approved, the Contractor shall give the Architect timely notice of its readiness so the Architect may observe such inspection, testing or approval. The Contractor shall bear all costs of such inspections, tests or approvals conducted by public authorities.

  • Check and complete if Transferee will take delivery of a beneficial interest in the IAI Global Note or a Restricted Definitive Note pursuant to any provision of the Securities Act other than Rule 144A or Regulation S.   • Inspection and Testing Each Constructing Entity shall cause inspection and testing of the Interconnection Facilities that it constructs in accordance with the provisions of this section. The Construction Parties acknowledge and agree that inspection and testing of facilities may be undertaken as facilities are completed and need not await completion of all of the facilities that a Constructing Entity is building.
