Verification of Skills. One of the following will be considered a verification of skills: (a) A certificate or diploma from training or trade school which is a public school or trade school accredited by the appropriate State agency. (b) Training offered or arranged by the District. (c) Test administered by the District or agency or professional trades persons hired by the District.
