VERIFICATION OF THE REGISTRATION OF ONLINE BIDDERS. 6.1. Registration of Online Bidders shall be subjected to verification and approval by Vision Skybidz Auction Centre Sdn Bhd and subject further to the 10% deposit payment being cleared by the Bank. Approval from Vision Skybidz Auction Centre Sdn Bhd may take at least one (1) working day and any improper, incomplete registration or late registration may be rejected at the sole discretion of the Auctioneer. Vision Skybidz Auction Centre Sdn Bhd, the Auctioneer, VSAC website, its agents and/or representatives shall not be held liable in the event the registration of the Online Bidders is rejected and/or delayed for any reason whatsoever. In the event the registration is rejected, the 10% deposit paid (if cleared by the Bank) shall be refunded by Vision Skybidz Auction Centre Sdn Bhd to the same bank account from which the deposit was made within three (3) working days.
