In the event of Participant’s termination of employment due to death or Disability of the Participant before the expiration of the Vesting Schedule, then the vesting of the Shares under the Vesting Schedule shall be automatically accelerated in full so that all of the Shares shall become Vested Shares, effective as of the date of death or Disability;
