Vice Chairperson. The Vice Chairperson shall act in place of the Chairperson in the event of the Chairperson’s absence, inability, or refusal to act, and shall exercise and discharge such other duties as may be required by the Committee. The Vice Chairperson shall serve as the parliamentarian and interpret any ambiguities of the bylaws.
Vice Chairperson. The Vice-Chairperson shall act in place of the Chairperson in the event of the Chairperson’s absence or disability.
Vice Chairperson. The vice-chairperson shall exercise the powers and perform the duties of the chairperson in the absence or incapacity of the chairperson.
Vice Chairperson. The Vice‐Chairperson shall perform the duties of the Chairperson in the absence or incapacity of the Chairperson and in case of the resignation or death of the Chairperson. The Vice‐Chairperson shall perform such duties as are imposed on the Chairperson until such time as the Williamson County Commissioners Court shall appoint a new Chairperson.
Vice Chairperson. The Vice Chairperson shall assist the Chairperson in the discharge of the duties of the Chairperson and shall perform such other duties as the Board may require. In the absence of the Chairperson, the Vice Chairperson shall preside at meetings of the Board and shall perform all the duties of the Chairperson. In such circumstances, the Vice Chairperson shall have all the powers and authority of the Chairperson and any documents signed by the Vice Chairperson shall be as valid and binding as though signed by the Chairperson.
Vice Chairperson. The Vice-Chairperson shall be from a school district in a county different than that of the Chairperson. In the absence or disability of the Chairperson, his/her powers and duties shall be performed by the Vice-Chairperson. The Vice- Chairperson shall have other powers and perform such other duties as the Board shall from time to time designate, as permitted by applicable laws and regulations related to educational collaboratives.

Vice Chairperson. When the Chairperson is absent from the Committee meetings, the Vice-Chairperson shall assume the Chairperson role.

In the absence or disability of the Chairperson, the Vice Chairperson shall perform all the duties of the Chairperson and when so acting shall have all the powers of and be subject to all of the restrictions upon the Chairperson. The Vice Chairperson shall have such other powers and perform such other duties as may, from time to time, be prescribed for him or her by the Board or this Agreement.
Vice Chairperson. A. The Vice-Chairperson shall in the absence of the Chairperson, perform the duties of the Chairperson.
B. The Vice-Chairperson shall assist the Chairperson in the orientation of new Regional Workforce Investment Board members.
C. The Vice-Chairperson shall perform other duties assigned by the Chairperson or the Regional Workforce Investment Board.
