VIDEO AND AUDIO RECORDING. If a video or audio recording is to be made of a member's performance or classroom setting, the member will be notified in writing and, if requested by the member, a copy of that recording will be made available to that member in a timely manner. A video or audio recording will be treated no differently than any written observation.
