Video Content. Subject to this agreement's terms, applicable Usage Terms, and any additional applicable terms that are made available to you, we license digital content, including recordings or live streams of sport, music concerts and other entertainment events, television shows and movies, all of which we refer to as "Video Content". Video Content is made available to Account holders in select territories for your personal, private, non-commercial viewing in your authorized territory, using a limited number of Authorized Devices during an authorized viewing period ("Authorized Term"). Payments for Video Content are made through the wallet associated with your Account. Availability of Video Content is subject to change at any time without notice to you. You may have the option to order Video Content in 4K UHD, 3D, high definition and standard definition formats. Delivery of and your access to Video Content are dependent on variables not under our control, including the speed and availability of your broadband or network connection, compatibility between the format of the Video Content and the Authorized Device you use to access that Video Content, availability of Video Content from our third-party licensors, and any applicable restrictions that may be imposed on the Video Content from our third-party licensors. You may experience delays or technical difficulties caused by or related to these variables. You may also not be able to view Video Content in the format that you have ordered due to these variables. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OR CREDIT FOR ANY CONTENT THAT YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO VIEW OR HAVE DIFFICULTY VIEWING DUE TO THESE UNCONTROLLABLE VARIABLES, UNLESS WE ARE REQUIRED TO DO SO BY LAW. You should only order Video Content that is suitable for your viewing capabilities. You bear all responsibility for ensuring that you have the capabilities to view Video Content in the appropriate format, or at all. Please carefully review any Usage Terms and descriptions of Video Content made available to you before making any purchase. Output of Video Content in certain formats may require additional equipment that is sold separately. Proper activation of an Authorized Device by the Account that ordered the Video Content is required for all downloads, transfers, copies and viewings. Video Content. If you purchase a video content license, the Licensed Users can use the fonts for the Licensee’s video content, like for YouTube, Netflix, television, movies, commercials, and video billboards. APP/GAME If you purchase an app/game license, the Licensed Users can embed the fonts into the Licensee’s app or game. If there are multiple apps or games, you’ll need to buy an- other license. LOGO/WORDMARK If you purchase a logo/wordmark license, the Licensed Us- ers can use the fonts to create a logo or wordmark for the brand specified on your invoice. If there are multiple logos/wordmarks or multiple brands, you’ll need to buy another license. You are allowed to convert the font to outlines in design software and edit those outlines to design the logo. TRIAL FONTS With a trial fonts license, you can use the fonts for the purpose of deciding whether you want to purchase a license for them. You can also use them on your personal, non-com- mercial, non-monetized social media posts as long as you mention the fonts and tag SUPERCONTINENTE and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx. You can also use them for your student projects and include those projects in your portfolio. Other than that, you can’t publish any work that uses the fonts until you purchase a license. You are the Licensee and you are a Licensed User.
Video ContentLicensor will produce and deliver four (4) branded videos that promote the Licensed Products and/or Boston Therapeutics, Inc., generally (the “Video Content”). All Video Content will be produced by EE1 and will be delivered by June 30, 2018. ●
Video Content. You may use either your QriocitySEN account or PSN account to purchaseorder video content. Subject to this Agreement’s terms and any additional terms and conditions for the particular item, SNEASNEI licenses digitalized content, including television shows and movies ("Video Content") to account holders in select territories (currently the United States and Canada) you for your personal, private, non-commercial viewing in your authorized territory, using a limited number of Authorized Devices during the authorized viewing period ("Authorized Term"). Video Content may be made available to you as a licensed copy for rental for a limited duration (“Licensed Rental Content”) or purchase (“Solda licensed copy for an indefinite duration (“Other Licensed Content”). Use of Video Content is subject to certain digital rights management rules and this Agreement’s terms. Except for rights explicitly granted to you, all rights in the Video Content are reserved by XXXXXXXX and its licensors. Licensed Rental Content will have a time period during which you can begin playback ("Rental Term"). The Rental Term for each Licensed Rental Content item will be displayed to you prior to finalizing your rental payment. Once you begin playback of your Licensed Rental Content, that content is viewable for up to 24 hours (“Rental Viewing Period”). After the Rental Viewing Period or Rental Term ends, whichever occurs first, you will not be able to view the Licensed Rental Content unless you purchaseobtain an additional license for that content. Rental Content may not be reproduced. You may select the Authorized Device on which you want to view your Licensed Rental Content, but you may view it on only one (1) Authorized Device at a time. For Qriocity for Video Unlimited, you may view yourthe content from any one of your Qriocity Video Unlimited Devices, except that if the Licensed Rental Content is in high definition format, it may be viewed on only one (1) Authorized Streaming Device. For PSN, you may view yourLicensed Rental Content from any one of your PSN Devices, except that if the Licensed Rental Content is in high definition format, it may be viewed on one (1) PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system that is an Authorized Device. Licensed Rental Content may not be transferred between an Authorized Download Device and an Authorized Streaming Device. Video ContentCollected Data shall not include any content recorded by cameras associated with the Integrated Video service ("Video Content"). The Video Content shall be owned by Customer, including all rights in and to such Video Content. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Customer acknowledges and agrees that VCN may review, analyze, manipulate, copy and modify the Video Content. VCN may also distribute reports, analyses and data based upon the Video Content; provided, however, that VCN agrees that it shall not disclose to any third parties any Video Content that specifically identifies Customer, or any of the drivers of Customer's Vehicles without Customer's prior written consent. The parties agree that the foregoing restriction shall not apply to disclosures of Video Content that are (i) required by law or in response to a request from law enforcement authorities, (ii) made in connection with a subpoena or other similar demand, (iii) made in connection with a contemplated merger, acquisition or similar transaction, (iv) made to VCN's affiliates or related companies, and/or (v) made to Service Partners for delivering services on behalf of VCN.
Video Content. In this VSA and for the purposes of Exhibit A the Visuals, Performers, the Proprietary Materials and the Releases are collectively referred to as the "Video Content."

Video ContentWith respect to any video content ("videos") that you submit to the Indee, by submitting a video, you grant Indee and its affiliates a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license and right to copy, transmit, distribute, modify, publicly perform and display (through all media now known or hereafter created), and make derivative works from your video for the purpose of (i) displaying the video within the Indee Service; (ii) displaying the video on third party websites and applications through a video embed or Indee’s API subject to your video privacy choices; (iii) allowing other users to play, download, and embed on third party websites the video, subject to your privacy and distribution choices; and (iv) archiving or preserving the video for disputes, legal proceedings, or investigations. The above licenses will continue unless and until you remove your videos from the Indee Service, in which case the licenses will terminate within a commercially reasonable period of time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the license for legal archival/preservation purposes will continue indefinitely. Please note that removed videos may be cached in search engine indices after removal and that Indee has no control over such caching. With respect to the User Content, you represent, covenant and warrant that (a) you have all necessary rights, licenses and/or clearances to provide such User Content and permit Indee to use such User Content as provided above, (b) such User Content is accurate and reasonably complete, (c) such User Content does not and will not infringe or misappropriate any third party rights or constitute a fraudulent statement or misrepresentation or unfair business practices and (d) Indee shall not be responsible for any infringement or misappropriation by third parties; With respect to any submissions of User Content, you agree to comply with all applicable local rules including but not limited to rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from India or the country in which you reside.
Video Content. The Company may from time to time (but is under no obligation to do so) provide snippets, cuts or other video content showing any video archival footage including any audio files in connection therewith (or by themselves) which are available to the members of the Company's Services, to certain Affiliates only, which such determination shall be made upon the sole discretion of the Company (“Video Content”). The Company reserves the right to charge a fee to any such Affiliates granted with the right to use any Video Content in exchange for the additional rights to use such Video Content to the exclusion of other Affiliates, which shall be determined by the Company in its sole discretion and may be enacted by the Company at any time during the Term of this Agreement. The Affiliate Link will be embedded as a watermark on any Video Content provided to Affiliate and Affiliate agrees that Affiliate will do nothing to edit or conceal such watermark or any portion thereof.
