VISION INSURANCE PLAN Sample Clauses
The Vision Insurance Plan clause outlines the provision of vision care benefits to eligible individuals under an insurance policy. Typically, this clause specifies the types of services covered, such as eye exams, prescription lenses, frames, and sometimes contact lenses, as well as any applicable copayments, deductibles, or coverage limits. By clearly defining the scope and terms of vision-related benefits, this clause ensures that both the insurer and the insured understand what vision care expenses are covered, thereby reducing confusion and helping policyholders plan for their eye care needs.
