Visit of Facilities. Representatives of each Party may, upon reasonable notice and at times reasonably acceptable to the other Party, visit the other Party's facilities where the Research Program is being conducted, and consult informally, during such visits and by telephone, with the other Party's personnel performing work on the Research Program.
Visit of Facilities. Representatives of either party may, upon reasonable notice and at times reasonably acceptable to the other party, (i) visit the facilities where the activities relating to the collaboration are being conducted; and (ii) consult informally, during such visits and by telephone, with personnel of the other party performing such activities. Each party shall bear its own expenses with regard to any such visits, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the parties. If requested by the other party, the parties each shall cause appropriate individuals working on the activities relating to the collaboration to be available for meetings at the location of the facilities where such individuals are employed at times reasonably convenient to each party.
Visit of Facilities. Subject to the provisions of Article 8, each Party shall permit the other Party or the representatives of the other Party to visit, upon reasonable notice and at reasonably acceptable times, their respective facilities where the Development Activities are being conducted, and to consult informally, during such visits and by telephone, facsimile and email, with their respective personnel performing work on the Development Activities in connection with Medidur FA. Any information obtained by a Party during such visits shall be treated as Confidential Information in accordance with Article 8 of this Agreement. Each Party shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to obtain comparable inspection rights with respect to subcontractors.
Visit of Facilities. Representatives of MMD may, upon reasonable notice and at times reasonably acceptable to TKT, visit TKT's facilities where the Research Program is being conducted and consult with personnel of TKT performing work on the Research Program, and those of any permitted subcontractors of TKT. Representatives of TKT and MMD may, with the other party's prior approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, visit manufacturing sites and the sites of any clinical trials or other experiments being conducted by such other party in connection with the Development Phase. If requested by the other party, TKT and MMD shall cause appropriate individuals working on the Development Phase to be available for meetings at the location of the facilities where such individuals are employed at times reasonably convenient to the party responding to such request.
Visit of Facilities. Subject to the provisions of Article 8, each Party will permit the other Party or the representatives of the other Party to visit, upon reasonable notice and at reasonably acceptable times, their respective facilities where the development activities are being conducted, and to consult informally, during such visits and by telephone, facsimile and email, with their respective personnel performing work on the development activities.

Representatives of Metasyn and MKG may, with the other Party's prior approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, visit the sites of any clinical trials or other experiments being conducted by such other Party in connection with the Development Program and, subject to any necessary approvals of the relevant Third Party, manufacturing sites used for the Licensed Compound, any Second Generation Compound, Replacement Compound or Outside Compound and the corresponding Licensed Products. If requested by the other Party, Metasyn and MKG shall cause appropriate individuals working thereon to be available for meetings at the location of the facilities where such individuals are employed at times reasonably convenient to the Party responding to such request.
Visit of Facilities. Representatives of each Party may, upon reasonable notice and at times reasonably acceptable to the other Party, (a) visit the facilities where Co-Commercialized Products are being developed or manufactured, (b) consult informally, during such visits and by telephone, with personnel of the other Party performing work on the Co-Commercialized Products and (c) visit the sites of any clinical trials or other experiments being conducted by the other Party in connection with the development of Co-Commercialized Products, but only to the extent in each case as such trials or other experiments relate to Co-Commercialized Products.
Visit of Facilities. Representatives of the Parties may, upon reasonable advanced notice and at times reasonably acceptable to the other Party, visit the portions of the other Party’s facilities where activities are being performed in connection with the Development Program, and consult informally, during such visits and by telephone, facsimile and e-mail, with the other Party’s personnel performing work on the Development Program. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either Party may restrict the other’s access to its facilities as required to protect the confidentiality of information not directly related to the Development Program.
Visit of Facilities. Representatives of CTI may, upon reasonable notice and at times reasonably acceptable to North Shore, (a) visit the North Shore facilities where the Sponsored Research is being conducted, and (b) consult informally, during such visits, and by telephone at other times, with personnel of North Shore performing the Sponsored Research.
Visit of Facilities. Representatives of Transcend and BI may, with the other Party's prior approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, visit the sites of any clinical trials or other experiments being conducted by such other Party in connection with the Development Program and, subject to any necessary approvals of the relevant Third Party, manufacturing sites used for the Licensed Product. If requested by the other Party, Transcend and BI shall cause appropriate individuals working on the Development Program to be available for meetings at the location of the facilities where such individuals are employed at times reasonably convenient to the Party responding to such request.
