Training Courses 16.3.1 Training courses will be as described in the Seller’s customer services catalog (the “Seller’s Customer Services Catalog”). All training requests or training course changes made outside of the scope of the Training Conference will be submitted by the Buyer with a minimum of ***** prior notice.
LAY-OFFS AND RECALLS In the event of a lay-off, employees within the affected level shall be laid-off in reverse order of their bargaining unit seniority. An employee to be laid-off will be allowed to bump any employee with less seniority who is in an equal or lower level, provided that the senior employee is qualified to fill the position of the displaced employee.

WORK STOPPAGES, SECONDARY BOYCOTTS, AND JURISDICTIONAL DISPUTES 16.1 There will be during the term of this Agreement and as to any work covered hereby, no slowdown, no stoppage of work, no strike and no lockout, it being the good faith and intention of the parties hereto that by the execution of this Agreement, industrial peace shall be brought about and maintained, that the parties shall cooperate to the end that work may be done efficiently and without interruption. In the case of any violation of this Agreement the Employer and the Union shall be notified immediately.
