Volume Discounts. Contractor may offer volume discounts. Volume discounts may be applied per order. Volume discounts shall be defined and applied as follows: Volume discounts shall be additional discounts applied to individual orders over a specified dollar amount.
Volume Discounts. The Company will pay to the Dealer Manager reduced selling commissions for purchases of more than $500,000 of Primary Shares by a single purchaser through the same participating broker-dealer as follows:
(i) The Company will pay a 6.0% selling commission on purchases of $500,001 to $1,000,000;
(ii) The Company will pay a 5.0% selling commission on purchases of $1,000,001 to $2,000,000;
(iii) The Company will pay a 4.0% selling commission on purchases of $2,000,001 to $3,000,000;
(iv) The Company will pay a 3.0% selling commission on purchases of $3,000,001 to $5,000,000; and
(v) The Company will pay a 2.0% selling commission on purchases over $5,000,000.
Volume Discounts. (i) Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 4(a) hereof, and subject to certain conditions and exceptions explained below, the Selling Commission to be reallowed by the Dealer Manager to the Soliciting Dealer shall be reduced for Class A Shares sold to an investor who makes an initial cash investment or, in the aggregate, combined additional investments of more than $500,000.00 through the Soliciting Dealer. The per Class A Share discount will apply to the specific range of each Class A Share purchased in the total volume ranges set forth in the following schedule: From To $ 0 $ 500,000 $ 25.00 6 % $ 500,001 $ 1,000,000 $ 24.75 5 % $1,000,001 $ 2,000,000 $ 24.50 4 % $2,000,001 $ 3,000,000 $ 24.25 3 % $3,000,001 $ 4,000,000 $ 24.00 2 % $4,000,001 and over $ 23.75 1 % As an example, a single purchaser who invests $1,250,000 in Class A Shares would receive 50,406.10 Class A Shares rather than 50,000 Class A Shares. The discount would be calculated as follows: for the first $500,000 invested, the purchaser would acquire 20,000 Class A Shares at a cost of $25.00 per Class A Share (Class A Selling Commissions of six percent (6%)); for the next $500,000 invested, the purchaser would acquire 20,202.02 Class A Shares at a cost of $24.75 per Class A Share (Class A Selling Commissions of five percent (5%)); and for the last $250,000 invested, the purchaser would acquire 10,204.08 Class A Shares at a cost of $24.50 per Class A Share (Class A Selling Commissions of four percent (4%)).
(ii) To the extent reasonably practicable, the Soliciting Dealer shall combine purchases for the purpose of qualifying an investor for, and crediting an investor or investors with, additional Class A Shares, provided that all combined purchases are made through the Soliciting Dealer and approved by the Company. For these purposes, the Company will combine subscriptions made in the Offering with other subscriptions in the Offering by the same investor for the purpose of computing amounts invested. Purchases by individuals within a “primary household group” also will be combined and purchases by any investor may be combined with other purchases of Class A Shares to be held as a joint tenant or a tenant in
Volume Discounts. DST will offer Customer discounts based on the amount of each total per record charge per method of delivery incurred by Customer in a month. The following discount schedule will apply: Monthly FAN Mail Access and Support Charge $500.00 The Monthly FAN Mail Access and Support Charge paid by Customer shall not be included in the eligible fees for purposes of determining any discount.
Volume Discounts. Vendor shall apply a volume discount to Prudential's total monthly xxxx according to the table shown in Exhibit 2. Vendor is responsible for tracking Prudential's total xxxx across business groups and applying the appropriate discount to each monthly invoice. The failure of Vendor to apply proper discounts to an invoice shall enable Prudential to apply such discount to any outstanding invoice or moneys due Vendor and reduce future payments by the amount of the overpayment due Prudential.
Volume Discounts. On each anniversary of the contract effective date, the Department will evaluate the total Contractor reported sales for the previous 12 month period. The Department will then review the Contractor’s proposed volume discount table submitted in their Proposal to determine if any additional volume discounts need to be added to their contracted discount percentages for all Product Categories for the next 12 month period. Updated prices reflecting volume discount changes shall be effective 30 days after each anniversary of the contract effective date.
Volume Discounts. The Contractor shall negotiate better pricing, while accomplishing the Ordering Agency’s needs, with an Ordering Agency on an individual basis at any time throughout this Contract period. If the Ordering Agency is a State Agency, prior written approval from the State Contract Manager is required.
Volume Discounts. In exchange for AOL committing to the capacity set ----------------- forth in Paragraph 1.1 ("Commitments"), IMPSAT agrees to provide the following discounts to AOL during the term of the agreement;
(a) For Modem orders that result in a total installed Modem base of between [*] Modems, a cumulative discount of [*] will be applied to the combined per Modem cost for the entire Modem base, including the newly ordered Modems.
(b) For Modem orders that result in a total installed Modem base of between [*] Modems, a cumulative discount of [*] will be applied to the combined per Modem cost for the entire Modem base, including the newly ordered Modems.
(c) For Modem orders that result in a total installed Modem base of greater than [*] Modems, a cumulative discount of [*] will be applied to the combined per Modem cost for the entire Modem base, including the newly ordered Modems.
Volume Discounts. The Dealer shall be responsible for implementing the volume discounts described in or as otherwise provided in the “Plan of Distribution” section of the Prospectus. Requests to combine purchase orders of Class T shares, Class S shares or Class D shares as a part of a combined order for the purpose of qualifying for discounts as described in the “Plan of Distribution” section of the Prospectus must be made in writing by the Dealer, and any resulting reduction in selling commissions and/or dealer manager fees will be prorated among the separate subscribers.

The discount would be calculated as follows: for the first $500,000 invested, the purchaser would acquire 50,000 Shares at a cost of $10.00 per Share (selling commissions of $.07 per Share); for the next $500,000 invested, the purchaser would acquire 50,505 Shares at a cost of $9.90 per Share (selling commissions of $.06 per Share); and for the last $250,000 invested, the purchaser would acquire 25,510 Shares at a cost of $9.80 per Share (selling commissions of $.05 per Share).
(i) To the extent reasonably practicable, you shall combine purchases for the purpose of qualifying for a volume discount and crediting a purchaser or purchasers with additional Shares for the above described volume discount; provided that all combined purchases are made through you and approved by the Company.
