Voluntary Termination by Executive. Executive may terminate employment hereunder with or without Good Reason at any time upon thirty (30) days written notice to the Company.

In the event that the Executive terminates his employment voluntarily pursuant to this Section 13(e), the provisions of Sections 10, 11 and 12 shall survive and be in force for twenty-four (24) months and the Executive will be entitled to the following payments and benefits:
