Common use of VOTING AND ATTENDING BY REPRESENTATIVES Clause in Contracts

VOTING AND ATTENDING BY REPRESENTATIVES. Any Member that is a corporation, partnership, limited liability company or other entity that is not a natural person may attend and vote at meetings of the Membership by such representatives as such Member may select from time-to-time in its sole discretion. No written proxy or other appointment shall be required with respect to any such representatives unless a majority of the Members determines otherwise.
