WAGE AND EARNINGS ASSIGNMENT ORDERS / NOTICES OF ASSIGNMENTS. Consultant and Subconsultants shall comply with all applicable state and federal employment reporting requirements for employees. Consultant and Subconsultants shall certify that the principal owner(s) are in compliance with any Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignments applicable to them personally. Consultant and Subconsultants shall fully comply with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignments in accordance with Section 5230 et seq. of the California Family Code.
