Wage Reopener. The parties agree upon thirty (30) calendar days written notice to the other party to commence the meet and confer process in the calendar year of 2023 to discuss changes in terms and conditions in employment related to wages for years 2023 and 2024 for bargaining unit members. The parties agree to reopen this Agreement solely for the purposes of negotiation of a wages for years 2023 and 2024 for bargaining unit members.
