Waived or Positive Confirmation Test. 1) If the employee waives his right to a confirmation/split specimen test, or if the confirmation/split specimen test is positive, the MRO shall report a verified positive test to the Employer. 2) Upon receiving the results of the positive test, the Employer shall promptly notify the employee and provide the employee the opportunity to request full information concerning the test results.
