WAIVER BY US. At your request, we may waive any terms, conditions or adjustments provided for in this Contract. Any such waiver is subject to any limitations we specify in making the waiver and does not require us to grant similar future waivers. A failure or delay in exercising a right under this Contract does not waive our right or ability to assert such right in the future.
