WAIVER, INTEGRATION, ALTERATION. 15.1 The waiver of a breach hereunder may be effected only by a written document signed by the waiving party and shall not constitute a waiver of any other breach. 15.2 A provision of this Agreement may be altered only by a written document signed by both the parties.
