Common use of Waiver on termination Clause in Contracts

Waiver on termination. If TfNSW terminates this Contract under Clause 30.2, the Operator’s sole right and remedy will be to require TfNSW to pay a proper valuation under this Contract of all amounts due and not previously paid to the Operator for performance of the Contract Bus Services completed in accordance with this Contract before the notice of termination.
