Waivers; Remedies. Any waiver hereunder must be in writing and signed by the party to be bound thereby. A waiver of any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement shall not in any way affect, limit or waive a party's rights under any other term or condition of this Agreement. All remedies under this Agreement shall be cumulative and not alternative.
