Walls and Floors. Tenant shall use carpet protectors for all desk chairs. Tenant shall not install linoleum, tile, carpet, wall-paper or other floor or wall covering which is affixed to prevent easy removal, without Landlord's express written approval in each case (notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Lease). Tenant shall not xxxx, drive nails into, or screw or drill into, any walls, partitions, woodwork or plaster, or in any other way deface the Leased Premises or any part thereof.

Walls and Floors. Do not use tape, staples, tacks or any penetrating devices on church walls, floors, or ceilings. Blue (painters) tape may be used with prior approval. Damages to walls and flooring will be invoiced based on actual damages to the facility. Candles are not permitted. Glitter is not permitted. • Other: Bounce houses and other recreational rentals, are not allowed to be brought onto the FBW Facility without the expressed written consent of the Campus Director or his designated representative.
Walls and Floors. Other than for the hanging of artwork, no tenant shall xxxx, drive nails, screw or drill into the partitions, woodwork or plaster or in any material way deface the Building or any part thereof. Landlord reserves the right to direct electricians as to where and how telephone and telegraph wires are to be introduced to the Building or any part thereof. Walls and Floors. All exterior main & second floor perimeter walls (as/where applicable) consist of 2"x6" studs on 16” centres and are to be covered with 7/16” OSB exterior wall sheathing. Interior walls typically consist of 2"x4" studs on 16” centres, unless otherwise specificed and/or required. Floors joists are generally constructed using 2”x10” beams, unless otherwise specified and/or required. LVL / steel beams are used as required. Floors will be covered by 3/4" T&G Plywood, which is screwed & glued. Bearing walls on concrete footings as per plan (or as required to meet the National Building Code of Canada). Interior walls will be covered with ½” gyprock throughout the finished areas with round corners (unless otherwise specified).

  • Landings After landings have served Purchaser’s purpose, Purchaser shall ditch and slope them to permit water to drain or spread. Unless agreed otherwise, cut and fill banks around landings shall be sloped to remove overhangs and otherwise minimize ero- sion.

  • Interior The insurance covers personal property normally contained in the vehicle and belonging to the owner of the vehicle or a member of his or her household. The insurance covers loss of, and damage to, the property if the damage occurs in connection with: - a compensable fire, theft, or vehicle damage - a sudden and unforeseen external event - theft by the renter - damage in connection with a traffic accident. The insurance does not apply to: - theft-prone property - cash and valuables - property belonging to the renter. - Personal movables must be kept locked in the vehicle. If the requirements are not met, the compensation may be reduced, or the deductible increased. See section

  • Lighting A system of fixtures providing or controlling the light sources used on or near the airport or within the airport buildings. The field lighting includes all luminous signals, markers, floodlights, and illuminating devices used on or near the airport or to aid in the operation of aircraft landing at, taking off from, or taxiing on the airport surface.

  • Dimensions Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 10 years of IT (including Web/Internet, database applications and data warehousing) and business/industry work experience, with at least 3 years of leadership experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or project, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders.

  • Buildings The Employer will provide and maintain all state-owned buildings, facilities, and equipment in accordance with the specific written order(s) of the Michigan (MIOSHA) Departments of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and/or Health and Human Services. Where facilities are leased by the Employer, the Employer shall make a reasonable attempt to assure that such facilities comply with the order(s) of the Michigan Departments of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and/or Health and Human Services.
