Walls and Roof. If the building is constructed on the Project, construct the walls and roofs of all building types with studs and rafters measuring 2 in by 4 in (38 mm by 89 mm). Include in the walls and ceilings insulating material that is at least 1 1/4 in (32 mm) thick and made of rock wool, fiberglass, or other non-flammable material. Ensure that this material is in all inner wall and ceiling cavities.

Walls and Roof. The Refuse Storage Area shall be roofed to prevent any rainwater from entering. The walls shall be constructed of brick, concrete or similar and painted with light colour high gloss enamel. The height of the room to the ceiling shall be not less than 2.21 metres.
