Warehouse Facilities Clause Samples

The Warehouse Facilities clause defines the terms and conditions under which warehouse space is provided, accessed, and maintained within a contractual relationship. It typically outlines the responsibilities of the parties regarding the use, upkeep, and security of the warehouse, and may specify requirements for insurance, permitted activities, and hours of operation. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of their obligations and rights concerning the warehouse, thereby minimizing disputes and clarifying liability for loss or damage.
