Common use of Warranties and Guarantees Clause in Contracts

Warranties and Guarantees. Contractor hereby represents, warrants and guarantees to the County all workmanship, equipment and materials on or made a part of the Project and its structures for a period of one (1) year from and after the date of final acceptance of the work by the County, as provided by this Agreement.
