WARRANTIES BY YOU. You hereby represent, warrant, and covenant that You have the legal right and authority to enter into and perform Your obligations under this Agreement. Disclaimer RONAN, FOR ITSELF AND ITS LICENSORS, MAKES NO EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR GUARANTEES IN CONNECTION WITH THE ALCL SERVICES, OR ANY MATERIALS RELATING TO THE QUALITY, SUITABILITY, TRUTH, ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION OR MATERIAL CONTAINED OR PRESENTED ON THE ALCL SERVICES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE MATERIALS. UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPLICITLY STATED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE ALCL SERVICES, AND MATERIALS AND ANY INFORMATION OR MATERIAL CONTAINED OR PRESENTED THROUGH THE ALCL SERVICES IS PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE” AND “WHERE-IS” BASIS WITH NO WARRANTY OF IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON- INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.

You shall be exclusively responsible for and warrants that You will fully ensure compliance with all Laws and Standards associated with Your intended use of the Training Services and/or the Certification Services and obtain all necessary approvals, permits or clearances for such use.
