In the case of any newly manufactured Aircraft, the Administrative Agent shall have received applicable portions of the airframe and engine warranty assignments from the applicable airframe and engine manufacturers and evidence that such airframe and engine warranties have been assigned to the applicable Aircraft Owning Entity;
