Warranty Application. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this Agreement, any warranty provided by XXXX shall be deemed null and void if the applicable hardware or product is (i) altered, modified or repaired by persons other than XXXX, including, without limitation, the installation of any attachments, features, or devices not supplied or approved by XXXX; (ii) misused, abused, or not operated in accordance with the specifications of XXXX or the applicable manufacturer or creator of the hardware or product, or, (3) subjected to improper site preparation or maintenance by persons other than XXXX or persons approved or designated by XXXX.
Warranty Application. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this Agreement, any warranty provided by HCTG shall be deemed null and void if the applicable hardware or product is (i) altered, modified or repaired by persons other than HCTG, including, without limitation, the installation of any attachments, features, or devices not supplied or approved by HCTG; (ii) misused, abused, or not operated in accordance with the specifications of HCTG or the applicable manufacturer or creator of the hardware or product, or, (iii) subjected to improper site preparation or maintenance by persons other than HCTG or persons approved or designated by HCTG.
Warranty Application. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this agreement, any warranty provided by RSI shall be deemed null and void if the applicable hardware or product is (i) altered, modified or repaired by persons other than RSI, including, without limitation, the installation of any attachments, features, or devices not supplied or approved by RSI; (ii) misused, abused, or not operated in accordance with the specifications of RSI or the applicable manufacturer or creator of the hardware or product, or; (iii) subjected to improper site preparation or maintenance by persons other than RSI or persons approved or designated by RSI.
Warranty Application. 5.1. Application of the Warranty is subject to GERFLOR being notified of the Product defect within 30 days of detection of the defect, by email (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx) or by registered letter with return receipt requested sent to: GERFLOR Warranty Service
Warranty Application. This warranty applies only to the materials and fabrication of the Skylight and does not apply to any defect or damage caused by improper use, improper installation, improper care or accident. Glass breakage is not covered.
Warranty Application. This warranty applies only to the materials and fabrication of the Tubular Skylight and does not apply to any defect or damage caused by improper use, improper installation, improper care, shipping damage or accident. This warranty does not cover any cosmetic changes in the Tubular Skylight, including but not limited to pitting, hazing, paint finish, discoloration. Condensation or damaged caused by condensation is not covered under this warranty.

Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this Agreement, any warranty provided by Netlogix shall be deemed null and void if the applicable hardware or product is (i) altered, modified or repaired by persons other than Netlogix, including, without limitation, the installation of any attachments, features, or devices not supplied or approved by Netlogix; (ii) misused, abused, or not operated in accordance with the specifications of Netlogix or the applicable manufacturer or creator of the hardware or product, or, (3) subjected to improper site preparation or maintenance by persons other than Netlogix or persons approved or designated by Netlogix.

Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this Agreement, any warranty provided by F1 shall be deemed null and void if the applicable hardware or product is (i) altered, modified or repaired by persons other than F1, including, without limitation, the installation of any attachments, features, or devices not supplied or approved by F1; (ii) misused, abused, or not operated in accordance with the specifications of F1 or the applicable manufacturer or creator of the hardware or product, or, (iii) subjected to improper site preparation or maintenance by persons other than F1 or persons approved or designated by F1.
