Warranty Information. The Contractor shall obtain and furnish to the Government all information which is required in order to make any subcontractor's, manufacturer's, or supplier's guarantee or warranty legally binding and effective, and shall submit both the information and the guarantee or warranty to the Government in sufficient time to permit the Government to meet any time limit requirements specified in the guarantee or warranty, but not later than completion and acceptance of all work under this contract.
Warranty Information. The parts and equipment we sell and install will be honored by the manufacturer’s warranty period and limitations. In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty we also offer a 30 day warranty on all repair labor costs and a 90 day warranty on new equipment install labor costs.
Warranty Information. Due to the nature of the work to be performed under this RFP, warranty on services is limited to verifiable and complete work at the time of completion of mitigation.
Warranty Information. 13.1 BY PURCHASING, RESELING OR USING THE MOONBIKES MOTORS PRODUCTS, CUSTOMER IS AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE FOLLOWING: 13.2 THIS WARRANTY GIVES CUSTOMER SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND CUSTOMER MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. OTHER THAN AS PERMITTED BY LAW, MOONBIKES MOTORS DOES NOT INTEND TO EXCLUDE, LIMIT OR SUSPEND OTHER RIGHTS CUSTOMER MAY HAVE, INCLUDING THOSE THAT MAY ARISE FROM THE NONCONFORMITY OF A SALES CONTRACT.
13.3 MOONBIKES MOTORS warrants the Products against latent defects in materials and workmanship when used normally, in conformity with this Agreement and in accordance with the MOONBIKES MOTORS Documentation for a period of TWO (2) YEARS or 1500 km (932 miles) for the snow bike ; ONE (1) YEAR for the battery ; from the date of delivery of the Product by Customer as listed in the related Purchase Order ("Warranty Period").
13.4 During the Warranty Period, the MOONBIKES MOTORS Limited Warranty shall be limited to the following procedure and services:
(i) Within fourteen (14) Business Days from the date an incident or damage occurs, time being of the essence, Customer shall contact MOONBIKES MOTORS via email xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx ; MOONBIKES MOTORS shall first assist the Customer with a diagnosis and identification of the nature of issue regarding the defective Product, if any.
(ii) After MOONBIKES MOTORS shall have diagnosed and established that the issue described by Customer regarding the defective Product is actually covered by this MOONBIKES MOTORS Limited Warranty, then MOONBIKES MOTORS, at its expense, within 30 (thirty) business days
(iii) WARRANTY LIMITATIONS SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE US CONSUMER LAW. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MOONBIKES MOTORS DISCLAIMS ALL STATUTORY AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND OTHER WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS NOT COVERED HEREIN, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN SO FAR AS SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, MOONBIKES MOTORS LIMITS THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF SUCH WARRANTIES TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY AND, AT MOONBIKES MOTORS 'S OPTION, THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SERVICES DESCRIBED HEREIN. Warranty Information. 7.1. One Year Limited Warranty
7.2. We warrant our PRODUCTS to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal non- commercial use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. Keep your original sales receipt. This dated proof of purchase will ensure your warranty coverage.
7.3. This warranty does not apply to any defects caused by negligence, misuse, accidents, acts of nature, or unauthorized modification or attempted repair. Cosmetic damage to case parts or to other parts that do not affect PRODUCT function is not covered.
7.4. The Flip-Pal mobile scanner is a sensitive optical device, similar to a digital camera. Damage caused by dropping or other abuse of this device is not covered by this warranty.
7.5. We will repair, replace or, at its option, refund the purchase price of a defective PRODUCT during the warranty period. Contact Customer Support at 970.221.7223 for service authorization. Please have ready the PRODUCT receipt, PRODUCT serial number (located on bottom of scanner), and a description of the problem (error message or physical defect). Replacement PRODUCTS may be new or factory refurbished items of the same or comparable value.
7.6. This Warranty applies only to equipment purchased in the United States or Canada. Warranty coverage is only available from within the country where the PRODUCTS were originally purchased. You may be required to ship PRODUCTS, at your expense, to the authorized warranty service center for the country where the PRODUCTS were purchased.
