Wash-up/Clothes Change Sample Clauses

Wash-up/Clothes Change. All employees shall be ready to work at the start of their shift. Employees assigned to jobs where coveralls are required will be allowed sufficient time, in most cases not to exceed eighteen (18) minutes, for wash-up and/or clothes change activity to be taken at the end of the shift unless otherwise permitted.

Wash-up/Clothes Change. Employees who are required to change into and wear uniforms prior to the start of their shift will be compensated a premium of two tenths of one (1) hour at 1.5 times their equivalent base hourly rate for changing into their uniforms prior to the start of their work shift and two tenths of one (1) hour at 1.5 times their equivalent base hourly rate to change out of their uniforms after completion of their work shift. Employees who were involved in such activities that would necessitate a change of clothes, due to the nature of the work they were performing, may require the ability to wash-up and/or change clothes. The manager may then grant a reasonable amount of time during working hours for wash- up and/or clothes change.
Wash-up/Clothes Change. The Company shall continue its practices of allowing employees assigned to red jobs a reasonable amount of time during working hours for wash-up and/or clothes change activity required by the Company. All other employees shall be ready to work at the start of their shift. Employees assigned to other than red jobs where coveralls are required will be allowed no more than eighteen (18) minutes for wash-up and/or clothes change activity to be taken at the end of the shift unless otherwise permitted. Other employees shall be allowed no more than twelve (12) minutes for wash-up and/or clothes change activity at the end of the shift unless otherwise permitted.
