Waste Removal Services. The waste management team provides and maintains the waste cans, recycle cans and bins, compost bins, trash compactors, and large dumpsters ensuring that all waste is properly removed from campus. Examples of basic waste removal services include: • Servicing of all waste cans, recycling cans and large dumpsters; • Liaison services with local waste haulers; • Recycling services; o Materials collected for recycling basic service include: ▪ White paper; ▪ Mixed paper; ▪ Magazines, books and newspapers; ▪ Aluminum and other metals when economical; ▪ Glass marked recyclable; ▪ Plastics containers for non---toxic contents; ▪ Corrugated cardboard. E x a mp l e s o f c h ar ge a b l e w as t e r em o va l s e r v i c es : • Waste removal from construction and renovation projects; • Waste removal for Dining Services, enterprises, auxiliary units or affiliated entities. Special Events Services DFM provides services for special event preparation as a priority. Sufficient notice is required to allow time to plan other work activities around the event schedule. Non---Chargeable services are offered for special event requests that can be completed during DFM normal working hours without impact to basic services and other scheduled events. Waste Removal Services. 12.4.1 Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, CTICC and/or its designate has exclusive right and responsibility for the provision of waste removal services within the Convention Centre.

  • Janitorial Services Tenant will not employ any person for the purpose of cleaning the Premises or permit any person to enter the Building for such purpose other than Landlord's janitorial service, except with Landlord's prior written consent. Tenant will not necessitate, and will be liable for the cost of, any undue amount of janitorial labor by reason of Tenant's carelessness in or indifference to the preservation of good order and cleanliness in the Premises. Janitorial service will not be furnished to areas in the Premises on nights when such areas are occupied after 9:30 p.m., unless such service is extended by written agreement to a later hour in specifically designated areas of the Premises.

  • Contractor Services Emerald has contracted, on an exclusive basis, with official contractors to provide certain services for the Event. Service companies other than the official contractors will not be allowed to perform any of these exclusive services. Non-exclusive services may be performed by exhibitor-appointed contractors (“EACs”) within certain guidelines. Please refer to the Exhibitor Service Manual for a listing of exclusive services and EAC guidelines.

  • AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by iNetworks for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by iNetworks, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit iNetworks to route the Reseller Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by iNetworks. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by iNetworks and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at iNetworks’ expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, iNetworks will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. iNetworks shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to iNetworks’ selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • Approved Services; Additional Services Registry Operator shall be entitled to provide the Registry Services described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of Section 2.1 in the Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”) and such other Registry Services set forth on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Approved Services”). If Registry Operator desires to provide any Registry Service that is not an Approved Service or is a material modification to an Approved Service (each, an “Additional Service”), Registry Operator shall submit a request for approval of such Additional Service pursuant to the Registry Services Evaluation Policy at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/registries/rsep/rsep.html, as such policy may be amended from time to time in accordance with the bylaws of ICANN (as amended from time to time, the “ICANN Bylaws”) applicable to Consensus Policies (the “RSEP”). Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.

  • For Additional Services OWNER shall pay CONSULTANT for Additional Services rendered under Section 2 as follows:

  • TRANSPORT SERVICES Upon the conclusion of such multilateral negotiations, the Parties shall conduct a review for the purpose of discussing appropriate amendments to this Agreement so as to incorporate the results of such multilateral negotiations.
