Water Level. We will add water while on site if needed and will turn it off when we leave. It is the homeowner's responsibility to maintain proper water level.

Water Level. LESSEE UNDERSTANDS THAT THE WATER LEVEL IN THE LAKE WILL NOT BE CONSTANT. THE LAKE IS A WATER CONSERVATION AND HYDROELECTRIC POWER PROJECT, AND, WHILE IT IS THE DESIRE OF BRAZOS RIVER AUTHORITY TO KEEP THE LAKE AS FULL AS POSSIBLE, THE LEVEL OF WATER WILL VARY, DEPENDING ON THE AMOUNT OF WATER USED FROM THE LAKE, EVAPORATION RATES, AMOUNT OF RAINFALL AND RUNOFF IN THE BRAZOS RIVER BASIN UPSTREAM, AND OTHER FACTORS. DURING A SEVERE DROUGHT WATER LEVEL MAY DROP AS MUCH AS THIRTY FEET (30’) OR MORE BELOW THE FULL LAKE LEVEL.
Water Level. It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain the water level. We cannot be responsible for any equipment damages or other issues that arise as the result of low water level in the pool.
Water Level. The customer is ALWAYS responsible for the water level of their pool. The recommended water level is CENTER of SKIMMER. Sparkle is not responsible for any damage to pool equipment or to the pool because of low water levels. We will however communicate when the water levels are too low.
