Westminster Way Connection. The City has identified Westminster Way as a key component of the CRA and, in connection with the Alexan project, is investing City resources towards the creation of a more pedestrian-friendly environment. The City expects the Project to leverage enhancements along Westminster Way, providing for enhanced pedestrian connections and introducing gathering areas and retail spaces within the buildings along Westminster Way.
