What happens on reconnection. If you pay all outstanding amounts after your Services have been disconnected for non-payment or if your Services were otherwise disconnected, you can request us to reconnect your Services. Reconnection fees specified in the Price Guide will apply for each reconnected Service. We may also require you to pay future fees and charges by direct debit before we reconnect you. We will use best efforts to provide you with the same Bundle and/or Plan (or similar, if these no longer available) that you subscribed to before your Services were disconnected (or another Bundle and/or Plan if requested). However, you may lose your home telephone number and you may no longer be eligible for any discounts you were receiving prior to the disconnection. Depending on your location, we may be required by law to permit you to acquire nbnTM services only. There may be delays in the provision of these services, due to third party suppliers.

My Credit Union will not unreasonably restrict me from the use of any funds subject to dispute, if it is reasonably evident that I did not contribute to the problem or unauthorized transaction. My Credit Union will respond to my report of a problem or unauthorized transaction within 10 business days and will indicate what reimbursement, if any, will be made for any loss incurred by me. Reimbursement will be made for losses from a problem or unauthorized use in this time frame if it is evident that I did not contribute knowingly to the problem or unauthorized transaction and that I took reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality of my PIN or Passcode. An extension of the 10-day limit may be necessary if my Credit Union requires me to provide a written statement or affidavit to aid its investigation.

  • Modification of the Small Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer must receive written authorization from the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner before making any change to the Small Generating Facility that may have a material impact on the safety or reliability of the New York State Transmission System or the Distribution System. Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with Good Utility Practice. If the Interconnection Customer makes such modification without the prior written authorization of the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility. If disconnected, the Small Generating Facility will not be reconnected until the unauthorized modifications are authorized or removed.

  • Emergency Medical Condition A medical condition manifesting itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that a prudent layperson, who possesses an average knowledge of health and medicine, could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: (1) placing the health of the individual (or with respect to a pregnant woman, the health of the woman or her unborn child) in serious jeopardy; (2) serious impairment to body functions; or (3) serious dysfunction of any body organ or part.
