What Law Applies. This Agreement is subject to all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations. If it is necessary to apply any State law to interpret and administer this Agreement, the law of our domicile shall govern. If any part of this Agreement is held to be illegal or invalid, the remaining parts shall not be affected. Neither your nor our failure to enforce at any time or for any period of time any of the provisions of the Agreement shall be construed as a waiver either of such provisions of your or our right thereafter to enforce each and every such provision.
